Kathy Receives Support from the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors PAC

- Michael Hollins, Trustee of the GBBR PAC, presented Kathy with a
campaign donation on Tuesday, September 5, 2006.
The donation was made after Kathy submitted a survey and was interviewed by GBBR PAC members.
During Kathy's
meeting with the group, members discussed their upcoming initiatives,
including a new landlord education program. The program will help to
educate newer landlords on best practices, so they are better prepared
for interactions with their tenants and the community. Kathy strongly
supports this initiative, as it will be a positive step in helping to
better manage our communities' rental properties.
Members also
expressed enthusiasm over Kathy's plan to communicate openly with local
business and organizations and to partner with them to find solutions
to issues affecting our communities.
